Came in as a walk-in no appointment. I drive in from Kansas City, and I needed an urgent repair. They got me in right away, and was able to fix my tire in less than 30 minutes. They were so nice, and professional.

I had a great experience at Freedom Tires when I went in for an oil change. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly. They made the process easy and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient and reasonably priced, and my car was taken care of right away. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend Freedom Tires to anyone looking for reliable service.

Brock was such a silly guy! Always cracking jokes and so fun to talk to! He LOVES star wars and made the time pass SO FAST. The service was great and they had my car out in a jiffy. They had amazing gourmet popcorn. 10/10 experience, definitely coming back.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Freedom Tire in West Des Moines is hands-down the best tire shop I’ve ever been to — and that’s all thanks to Brock, the greatest manager in the universe. From the moment I walked in, Brock made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable (yes, a tire shop experience that’s enjoyable!). He greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions with complete honesty, and made sure I understood every detail of the service. The team was quick, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my time. Brock runs the place like a well-oiled machine, but with the kindness and care you'd expect from a trusted friend. If you need tires, an alignment, a witness, or just solid, trustworthy service — go see Brock at Freedom Tire. You won’t find better anywhere else!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. I want to give a special shoutout to Brock he was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. If you stop by, ask for Brock, you won’t be disappointed!
